Spring 2010 Class Information Periodically Posted Each chapter has lecture notes, homework problems, and extra practice worksheets. The lecture notes are pdf files of the Powerpoint presentation shown in class. They are saved as six slides per sheet to save paper for the college. Please bring these to class and a notebook (or blank paper) for better note taking. Mastering Chemistry homework is due by 11:55 PM on the Tuesday after a chapter is completed. They are long so prepare in advance to take 2-3 hours per assignment to complete them. The Course ID is: MCCLARK19694 The extra practice worksheets are from another instructor and textbook. Not all of the problems pertain to the current chapters, but they are great practice so please work through them! Grades for assignments and exams are posted on Blackboard. Please check them periodically to make sure they are entered correctly and none are missing. Final grades are weighted based on the percentages detailed in the syllabus. Final grades will be posted at www.my.maricopa.edu Exam Schedule Exam I - 2/16 Chapters 12 & 13. Exam II - 3/25 Chapters 14 & 15. Exam III - 4/27 Chapters 16 & 17.
